Wall Panels

Matsya is engaged in manufacturing & supplying a wide range of Clean Room Panels. We undertake complete partition and false ceiling work using EPS/PUF insulated PCGI clean room panels. Matsya offers factory made cut-outs for fixing windows(Double Glazed View Panels), doors, pass boxes,electrical points,etc. We also provide cover for all vertical and horizontal joints. The Panel are made to specifications and requirements and are not limited to the standard types as stated below

Skin Thickness - 0.5 mm to 1mm

Thickness of Panel - 50mm, 75mm & 100mm

Insulation - PUF(40Kg / m3), Rockwool(48Kg-108Kg/m3) , EPS(16Kg/m3) TF Grade

Powder coated (Epoxy Polyester) or Pre-coated Available with return air risers

Standard sizes from four feet wide by eight feet tall to four feet wide to ten feet tall.

Ceiling Panels & Supporting Accessories

Matsya manufactures the Ceiling panels required for the false ceilings for clean room fittings.Matsya also offer aluminium suspension system for ceiling panels.he work will include necessary cut-outs for fixing lights, modules, filters , diffusers,etc. The Panels are made to specifications and requirements and are not limited to the standard types as stated below

HVAC

Filtration System: 2’x4’ HEPA Filters that are Fan powered or ducted Central Blower package. Standard final HEPA filters are 99.99% efficient @ .3 microns. ULPA grade 99.9995% efficient @ .12 microns are optional.

Environmental Control Packages: Air Handlers can control temperature and/or humidity levels. Units can be package or Split System with DX or Chilled Water Coils. Control systems are available with fully Programmable Microprocessor Control/Display with Remote Sensors.

Flooring

Matsya offers

Epoxy painted floor coating.

Vinyl tile, Vinyl sheet flooring.

Antistat or ESD Cleanroom vinyl sheet with optional welded seams.

Raised flooring.
